Some Al Bowlly ATM. He has a song in Withnail & I which I’ve had downloaded for ages. I was watching the film again for the umpteenth time last week and went looking on iTunes on a whim. 50 songs for under four quid, so I thought, “Why not?” He died during WW2, so it’s all big band stuff from a bygone era. Perfect for a long drive or easy background listening.

I get what he is doing but you have to be in the mood.

I'm liking it. It starts off shouty industrial but quickly moves to more of his F. Buttons euphoric noise style. It's more immediate than World Eater I think.
