I hope that's the last we ever see of Walcott in a starting eleven for us. Horrible signing he's been.

Walcott and to a lesser extent Tosun are primary examples of why buying in the January window isn't advisable: you often pay over the odds for a short-term goal.

They both came in and had their purple patch (of sorts), although ever since they've been marginalised when their true talent - or lack of - becomes obvious.

Didn't we sign Schneiderlin for £24m in January as well? K'in ell, I'm even appalling myself when writing out this point; I'm happy to stick until the summer.
