Felt sorry for Hibbert. He got back and was adjusting to wrap his foot around it. then it looked like he slipped a little and the ball came off his shin.

Well you have to really mate. I'll reserve judgement then until I see it tonight on MOTD.

But from what I heard it was a bit poor. But he's not a very good footballer. Shame really.

Ive seen it and thought some people are being way way to harsh on the guy, as always. If it was someone else who did it then I think most of you would just say "that was un-lucky!"

He is not the first person to do it, he wont be the last person to do that again, but fair play to the guy for trying to get back and stop them getting a goal. Didnt see no other defender busting a gut to get back. The way some people said it on here was he kicked it in when it was easier to clear it, like he ran up and whacked it in!

Hibbert actually made two or three very good interceptions today that if Yobo or Distin made would have been said on here how good it was. No one mentioned a thing. Made it sound like he was being carried by the team on the pitch! Couldnt believe it. Hibberts not our best player by a mile, but the criticism he gets on here is way over the top some times.
