I’m going to go with the clues in the name set piece coach so in that his main responsibility is coming up with set pieces. Baines is a coach and over sees all aspects of the coaching I’d imagine, while Charlie analyses different set piece goals from all different games. Just like thelwell is director of football but doesn’t seem to direct much
