…I wonder if the scope of his work includes defending set pieces as Moyes had a wonderful record of not conceding from corners for a couple of seasons.

I quite like the idea of having a dedicated set-piece coach to bring a bit of innovation to our play, although we do tend to do well from set-plays. Ultimately it’s all dependent on having quality delivery. Not in the least bothered about it being Adam as long as he’s good at his job.

Our set pieces weren’t too bad and where we earned most goals. If he helps tighten it up on both ends of the pitch, I’m all for it.

Being mean here, maybe he is a bit of a Guru when it comes to set plays. Does a set piece coach also look after defending them too?
