I reckon Evertonians are possibly the biggest moaners in the league. Don't take this wrong, I am proud of how we are. We love to moan, just sit around Goodison on a match day and whether things are going boss or crap we are all at it. I reckon its due to constant let downs, we never truly believe anything good will happen, so knock it down before it does as a security blanket.

Who else do you reckon could give us a run for biggest moaners.... United, Mick Quinn and the horse punchers....

Mate all fans are the same go on any forum and you'll find the same stuff almost word for word - "the FA are against us, motd are biased, the Daily Mail are selling our players, our board is cack" etc.

I remember in the 70s me and a mate decided to see why Liverpool won everything bar the boat race while we couldn't win a bean.

Every other saturday we went to anfield for about 12 games, the moaning from their fans even when winning (which invariably was always) was unbelievable.

We moan but so does everyone else.

Only ever been to Anfield once. An older lad in our street took me when I was a kid to watch them batter West Ham. I was just a kid and was singing Everton on me own in the middle of the Kop, all the fellas just had a luagh and tried to convert a young mind, no chance :)

Nothing like a good moan especially after with your mates and a few pints.

Anfield, yes I have been there seen St John, Hunt, Yeats, Mile and Cally. Seen them a couple of times, one game against Spurs but primarily when we played them and seen some historic wins there.

That reminds me of the essential difference between them and us I saw their Keegan inspired team losing to spurs 0-2 at half time I asked a couple of reds could they pull it back, maybe get a draw.
Without a hint of doubt they said "we'll beat these" and with 3 mins left they notched the 3rd to win 3 - 2, Spurs were run ragged absolutely battered.

It was about belief back then, horribly it seems it still is today.

So after this plane flies over Old Trafford will the United fans be able to join in all the horrible airplane mocking they have to take from the RS and do it themselves? That'll definitely cheese the RS fans off when they're not getting in their heads anymore.

The Everton way would be to get beat by Fulham and Arsenal, Spurs and Utd win. It probably wasn't like this before the nineties but after what we have been through the past twenty years it's a hard feeling to shake off.

What I don't understand is how Everton fans play everything down and seem downbeat even well doing well but on the other hand when Liverpool do well they are revelling in it. They haven't had much success themselves either lately. I suppose it's the Everton way?
