Deulefeu did his usual disappearing act. No wonder nobody wants him. Small consolation I know.

Are you serious?

He cracked his ankle.....did you want him to hobble around?

And when he was on he carried a heck of a lot more threat to us than any of our players caused to them.

In fact, even he had hobbled around he would still have played better than the totally anonymous Walcott

..it’s funny how quiet everybody went after we beat Palace. I post win, lose or draw. I’m no Allardyce fan, I am convinced his appointment brought the win over West Ham and the amazing points return by Christmas, but I never doubted the major challenge was to progress with this group of players.

I posted after Palace...we were rotten that day too Eggs. We stank the place out. Today was unacceptable, disgraceful, absolutely gutless. Next week will be more of the same. We are going backwards at an alarming rate. I’ve never been more disillusioned about Everton in over 40 years.

The sad thing is that there is some decent players in the team but due to poor management we look so poor

We over rate our players mate. Siggy, walcott, Coleman, and Pickford are good enough . The rest aren't . Some are young and can improve and the rest are crap or lazy or to old

Rooney being completely lazy and anonymous after two weeks off is well and truly unacceptable. That was a big reason for us offering nothing up front today because he's the one being relied on to get attacks going. He was abysmal. As was Davies. Gueye was great I thought, but he can't do it all himself.

Thought our full backs were piss poor out there, another reason for our attack being non existent and both Sigurdsson and Walcott not being able to get in the game, which in turn meant neither Niasse nor Tosun could do anything. I'm removing all blame from Niasse, Sigurdsson, Walcott and Tosun today.

Keane, for me, was very good, and aside from slack marking for their goal, Williams didn't do much wrong.

Pickford made one mistake by kicking it at their player but made up for it with several good stops.

Kenny looks worse the more he plays for us, and Martina although safe enough out there today in defence, is a liability going forwards and it is killing us.

Nightmare.

Also disgusting to see Allardyce decide he wanted Schneiderlin on at 0:0, if I was a neutral fan watching that I'd be made up to see his negativity punished by Watford scoring. Pathetic.

I literally have no affinity or warmth right now to any of the players or management right now.

I gave up Watford tickets
I watched the Rugby to half time
I turned off when the goal went in

That’s what this season has done to a long time season ticket holder
Quite true even when we weren't that good such like 6 or 7 years ago we had players who actually cared, yes we played rubbish on occasion, but mostly they tried. The fans have back to the players because of that. I would of followed Everton everywhere, because you knew you would mostly get some effort. We had the ability to actually grind our results, nowadays we just give goals away. Look at the way we conceded today, against Arsenal, Spurs and the RS. We have just bought players that we don't need, or players who are rubbish and haven't invested in areas where we needed it, which is exactly why we are in this mess. I remember the FA cup derby in like the 93rd minute, Bolaise could of just passed it to Sigs to be through or goal, instead he just blasts it into the crowd. It was one of the most selfish , petulant acts I've seen on a football pitch. I think we've lost of identity as a club, since Koemann and Walsh came in we've never been the same Everton. The type of fan at Everton games had changed we used to be a tight knit support, but now there's a lot of new fans coming in who are just don't have the same mentality. Fans who never sing or get behind the team at games, fans being told not to sing or to sit down, which have ruined to atmosphere at GP which is like a morgue most games. There's no real banter or funny shouts like you used to get in the past it's just no fun to go to Everton games anymore.

Watched the game and I'm not surprised by the result. Everton are one of the biggest clubs in England. You should be doing better than what was put out there. It didn't seem like your team had a good spell in the game where they were slicing through Watford. Can I ask what is the actual game plan? Everytime something looks on the play always gets slowed down which means you now have to play it through 10 men in front of goal. Everton simply don't maybe can't with current coach play like that. To me, Watford didn't look too troubled today.

It's also fair to say that Everton are Evertons biggest problem. I can't count how many times someone like Rooney misplaced a simple pass to then go and do it again seconds later. Gana is good, I like him but he was caught on the ball a few times. Players need a little more urgency. Nothing was sticking to Niasse and his crosses in the box weren't very good. How much did you pay for Bolasie? He didn't have a good performance when he came on. I thought he was meant to be able to go past his man with trickery and he was quite fast. He was caught on the ball a few times too.

Pickford was probably the only non bad player but no one had a good game. Wingers were isolated which didn't help either. Sam needs to tell his fullbacks to help out on attack otherwise your wingers get doubled on and don't have as much impact. Walcott made some nice runs with the ball but seemed to at times run into fouls or didn't get his head up. Though even then there weren't many options when he turned and ran.

Disappointed as I wanted my second favourite team to win and try getting a European place. I think Watford did good to disrupt you as well but the tactics were not on. Fullbacks needed to support the attack more not tuck in. There was no overlapping or anything and even then they played the wrong options. The cross shouldn't be the only answer. From the wide position Kenny for example should have passed it intowards the box for Walcott to run on to who would have pulled it back across goal. This is where you need your Striker to run near post and your LW (Siggs) to move centre but towards the outside perimeter of the box.

I can't stand Allaryce, but you can't polish a turd. Our players just aren't good enough.

As crap as Allardyce is, Koeman is largely to blame for this shambles for bringing in the wrong personnel.

I'll still get behind the players because it's not their fault that they're crap, but the fact remains.

You've hit the nail on the head really.

Totally agree.

A fair assessment.

Good luck for the rest of the season, mate.

The apathy scares the bejesus out of me, and I do it myself. I'm atm done with this shower.

But I pray to God that we pick up those points that are needed so we're out of it.

I do not trust this side :/

I agree, I'm not feeling relieved until it is mathematically impossible to go down, i have zero faith against anyone, we are so relying on picking points up at Goodison but we aren't looking comfortable getting them.
