The ref was bang our of order, he seen his arse with pienaar when he barge into the player, he warned Nevile that one more and he off, so he was ready for Pienaar and one more tackle he was off so he should have been watching carefully to make sure that the sending off would the correct decision not send him off cos a player fell before his eyes and assumed pienaar was at fault, pathetic ref.

DM should have subbed him after the warning incident Pienaar was looking a strong candidate for a sending off with that inept ref - it was on a few minutes after the dive happened with only one result - I notice no fuss of Ryan Nelsons four arm smash on victor has been shown accident my ar*se. Anyone got a replay?
It was not a clash of heads & Victor was concussed -Ryan Nelson is famous for disguising them challanges, we never even got a freekick!

The second yellow for Pienaar was just bad referreeing - how can you penalize a side with a sending off if there was no clear contact - the warning is: not to commit a dangerous foul again - it cannot possibly mean that a player may not commit any foul whatsoever - then very few games will finish with full sides.Everton was robbed by a bad decision resulting in us going into the derby without a key player in midfield - in my book justice was not seen to be done -
