sounds like he bounced in like he was guna take the presser, started laughing and got off.....hes nuts
Grew on meI think I like him y'know.
Not half.Makes a difference to having to put up with that miserable Dutch get anyway.
That's exactly what I was about to say!He refered to the club as 'we' at least 6 times which is more than Koeman did in his entire time here.

Not my choice.and Sam dave?
If I earned £9m in 18 months you can bet it would be my last job!!That's exactly what I was about to say!
Koeman had no regard for us other than as a stepping stone, a small paragraph on his CV!
As for BFS, look at it this way, consider you have only managed the regular relegation fodder of the likes of Palace, Sunderland, Newcastle etc for years, and then suddenly you find yourself managing Everton. It has to feel like a dream come true (the pay isn't so bad either)! The fella just won the lottery!!
He's old enough to not be too bothered about stepping stones, and the hope is, he just wants to finish his career on a high, as it is highly probable this will be his last job, be it for six months or a year and a half.

Other than England, has he ever had a chance to manage a group of players who are, on paper, as talented as the one we have?
I'll judge him at the end of the season, and get behind him and the team because that is the right thing to do.
You can see why players respect him as he communicates well, is clear and supportive. The direct opposite of the likes of Martinez and particularly Koeman.
I'd probably put him in the Kendall/Royle bracket in terms of man management style.
Interesting to note that he did speak to the players before West Ham and warned them of the importance of the clean sheet and getting the first goal.
