It wasn't that bad.

Most of the shelves were fully stocked. Just rice, pasta, toilet paper (of course) and most tinned goods were all gone.

They still had plenty of beer and wine though, which is the important thing!

Don’t think there’s a thread for ailments, so I’ll pop it in here.....anybody used supports to correct posture? Years of sitting in an office and generally having bad posture seems to have caused problems with my spine around the bottom of the neck.

so now I get pain in the back of my head which makes it hard to relax when sitting on couch or laying in bed.

I’m looking at these vest type supports on amazon but not sure if it would work.

I swear somebody should invent an office chair which has your bloody shoulders strapped back to stop you hunching forward
