Had to have my nearly 19 year old cat put down last week. Got his ashes back today along with an unexpected note and paw print. I'm always chuffed when I see people or businesses go the extra mile with their service.

See what happens, you play nice of a weekend, and you get your reward. Thai green curry is milder than red. Some of the dishes they do are so hot you'll be able to contain the entire universe in your mind, then as you reach for some liquid it'll vanish. Got taken to a place called 'the chilli banana' about a decade ago. I needed the cold drinks the day after.

Theres a dish called Pad Thai which comprises of Noodles, choice of pork or chicken and then veg with a dusting of herbs and chilli. THis is a great accompaniment to any of the curries.

Laab is another good dish to have on the table to try. Basically Pork mince with thai spices.

All the currys are fragrant with a varying heat level. But none of the heat levels are deep burn for the night like an Indian curry would be. However that can still be a bit fiery the next day.
