2025/26 Vitalii Mykolenko

To be fair, Sunderland done it in one summer when coming up from the Championship.

It's different when you come up, you have the money and you sort of have to do it. Sadly, I don't think we'll see an acceleration of the overhaul until after we sell someone like Ndiaye for big money, until then I imagine it will be incremental.

Our CEO is that bloody drip that gave Jack Harrison that ridiculous contract that allowed him to go on loan whilst Leeds were in the Championship!

A deal that we benefited from, and eventually saw Leeds get a small fee for Harrison, but it shows you where is head is at! Attached to cack! Doesn’t have the knackers to just have a player leave and move on to something new!

Just bewildering we've persisted with him for so long. He affects our play on the ball so badly. You watch any game of him and its always the same. He never threatens to move forward with the ball. If it goes to him the ball is heading straight back where it came from or at best a hopeful lob forward. The myth of him being a good defender is a joke as well. He's at best an okay defender. The ball I fear most against us right now is crosses from the left to far post because I swear he's almost always underneath the ball and teams know they can head it back across.

It genuinely cannot be hard to find better than him for cheap that just does the basics of a modern day full back, otherwise our scouting department needs sacking. Even the management, how can they not see how much of a detriment he is on the ball at this point? We arguably havent got as much out of Grealish as we could have cause he offered no real overlap for him.
no, its not.

Bear in mind the dinosaur's response to the question in the Press conference over age of incoming players this summer "It'll be a mix".

You just pretty much had confirmed Trippier there or some other veteran.

Add in a CB like Brantwaite who's looking like he's sick note and we'll be ripped to pieces next season.

Soucek offering his A game every week is something to look forward to as well.

The clubs in the bin where the manager should be.

With the best will in the world we're talking about replacing Mykolenko and Keane here. You hardly need to be signing Alphonso Davies and Saliba to be moving in the right direction, if the recruitment team can't find attainable upgrades on the two of them then frankly they aren't fit for purpose.

This guy isn’t even as good as Hibbert.

In an era when you want your full back as a big part of your attacking set up, or able to play the game in central midfield - we are lumbered with this fella.

He’d be first out of the door with a progressive coach.
Hibbert was a much better player. This lad is seriously terrible. Stealing a living.

Didn’t he leave W Ham with one of the oldest average age squads?

He’ll do the same here if unopposed…
