I felt that Vitalii Mykolenko did well again this week, although he could have done with crossing the ball first time instead of checking his run and then passing backwards.

He was ok again, that's two games on the run he has been ok. One thing I can I'll say, he is better than the 2023 version of Young and far better than Godfrey, so, I guess that makes him our first choice left back.

Yes. Him leaving his man wide open twice is unacceptable and he needs to get a smack to the head and get it together. I will cut him some slack though because today he really got forward. He even made a run in on goal. Good man management from Dyche to encourage him to do so. He has to be able to balance both out though. But I’ll take any sign I can get.

Missed the game today just watched match of the day what I seen on there he looked poor again. Ball watching for their goal and then caught out and they almost scored again. Definitely need 2 new full backs in January.

Then on another occasion he was in a perfect position to cross and somehow decided to play a negative pass to McNeil instead, who himself refused to cross from a great position and wasted the attack.

It's these ridiculous inconsistencies that cost us.

I dont think he's brilliant but he's an easy target. The left and right backs are still a position that needs upgrading. Has been for a while.
