Not sure he got much of a break in the summer (i remember thinking of it at the time}, he played a lot of football even after the season ended - im sure trying to his bit for his country.

I like him. Not convinced he has the qualities of a modern fullback in this league though. Has no attacking intent.

Didn’t have much of the defending coming down his side a much easier night than Paterson and McNeil. He’s alright but he’s a bit of a passenger, not really demanding to keep his place on performances, just a lack of other options.

This guy is pony. Only getting worse. Did well back end of last year but has regressed badly so far. Can’t stop a cross at all. Positionally shocking aswell today, constantly getting told what to do by Pickford, coady and tarks defensively. He either was too wide or not tight enough time and time again.

He's sound as a defender, but he's useless going forward, if it's a back 4 we are playing it's not that much of an issue but cannot play wing back
It's a good point mate. They targeted Patterson for sure but didn't get any change out of Mykolenko.
He's definitely no more than a 6/10 7/10 kind of player as he just doesn't seem to have that drive/confidence, but he's working hard and not lacking in effort.
