Considering everything that he's having to contend with on a personal front, his performances have improved week on week, and his showing in the Derby, up against Salah, was excellent. He's deserved all the votes he's received in the MotM Poll for the Derby, and probably deserves more.

I'm glad he is making a few people look a bit daft for judging him so early after coming mid winter break to a new country where he barely speaks the language and into a side devoid of confidence. I was shocked actually at some of the comments slating him. Now he's fit and looking decent, seems to have settles quite quickly.

Agreed though wasn't ideal having to wait for him to get upto speed but that's hardly the lads fault.

Don’t think it can be overstated how well he has done. Not just stepping in for arguably one of our better players , but stepping his levels up when it has really mattered with all the other stuff that must be going on with him.
