Definitely looked better 2nd half didn't he. Seemed to time his runs better. When he was just further upfield 1st half he seemed like a spare part that Gordon didn't want to use.

Hope he's OK, we'll need him during the run in.

I don't mean ability wise. I mean bale started at left back and moved to an attacking player. That's where the comparisons stop.
