They both wanted to run Arsenal mate, cant see him wanting to block Usmanov out. Makes sense though.

He sends Farhad here to get the foundation laid for the Dockside Stadium which will kick off regeneration in the area and make a lot of people rich. Gives Farhad two years whilst he negotiates the best possible price for his Arsenal shares.
