Whats strange is that he’s accepted an offer only 25 Mill above what he rejected a few years ago. Allowing for inflation it can’t be that much more than he turned down before and certainly not enough to make a difference for him money wise. Something therefore must have changed for him to now think it’s time to sell his shares other than the price.
