According to reports Emery is Milan's #1 target... and similar to Everton; they have also held talks with Pellegrini. Strikingly similar situations actually, as Milan are on the very eve of a (Chinese) takeover, with this being their first transfer window.

I think the rebuilding job - in terms of personal - would be harder at Milan. Everton have some great youth. But challenging for a title and/or securing a European spot is easier in Italy.
