UEFA Euro 2020 Qualifiers Thread

I honestly can't remember the last time England struggled through Euro / World Cup qualifying. Probably when they missed out on Euro 2008.

Obviously Euro 2008 but Euro 2000 was also sketchy. Relying on already qualified Sweden to beat Poland to ensure England make the qualification playoffs, which England won 2-1 on aggregate against Scotland.

Greece win the Euros in 2004... then somehow manage to become that garbage, that they drew 1-1 at home to Liechtenstein.

It’ll be the second straight Euros campaign where they’ve just bottled it. Northern Ireland benefitted in 2016, will Finland benefit in 2020?

Kosovo who England play tomorrow, they any good? Or is this likely to a drab one sided international ?

They're second in the group with 8 points, so it should be the toughest test for England yet

Looks like the Euro's will be yet another tournament where England are the lone British representative right now. I'd still like Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to make it, but it's going to be tough

We can't play much better than that so no complaints. If you don't take clear cut chances against Germany, then they will hurt you. You need a break or two but unfortunately it didn't happen.

Kai Havertz is a serious player. Timo Werner is enormously overrated.
