What’s been an evident strategy this summer is getting the player onside and then negotiating hard with their club, we did it with Barry and we did it with Tyler. We’re prepared to do it over weeks to.

I’m kinda hoping we can bring in another RW/versatile forward on loan to ease the burden a bit, would be harsh for us to just expect a 19 year old to immediately smash it and play full 90s every single week.

I’m not convinced Moyes will start Dibling regularly. I can see him starting with the same 3 as yesterday behind the striker more often than not - with Garner or a new signing next to Gueye.

Do people seriously think Moyes is going to start playing 4 forwards and a midfield 2 with KDH as one of them?

Great signing but he’s going to be sharing game time with Grealish and N’Diaye

Even if for the time being Moyes doesn’t start him how long has it been since we had a serious player on the bench that opposition players are actually fearful of. Coming off the bench and brining him into the team slowly will really help him especially if we can start the season well and he’s coming into a team that’s playing well.

I can’t honestly say I saw a lot of him last year but just based on his YouTube highlights imagine 60-70 minutes gone, 0-0 and he comes off the bench to run at you flinging opposition defenders and midfielders off him like Sauron swiping at men with his big mace
