Time for Martinez to go he couldnt manage two shits on a run

Well he managed two wins in a row...

we got done today by
His whole career has been like this. I want much more than he can offer. Zero ambition from lots here. Shame on you all.

No it hasn't. He took Swansea up by instilling a style of play that worked brilliantly until Monk tried to change it, he kept Wigan up for three years on a shoe-string and eventually got them a trophy, before ultimately they went down.

Just because we don't want to sack our manager, doesn't mean we lack ambition.

He took them down when bruce had never looked like taking them down. Steve Bruce ffs. I thought he was boss too.

He's erratic and tactically inept but has players who bail him out in eye catching ways on occasion

It really isn't. You're conviction is badly placed.

Summer is the time to re-assess, either way.

No it isn't. Why wait 'til an arbitary time? A manager still has to manage in the Summer. He presides over transfers, oversees fitness, plans for the following season etc. A new, competent manager could come in next week, assess the current players and plan for next season in a position of authority.

This season is a lost cause. Sacking Martinez won't relegate us, but it will give the next guy some time to work his own vision in preparation for next season.

The season is effectively over bar the FA cup mate. Fuming ain't gonna change anything. Games like this happen, it's just the way it is. End of the season is the time for change, not now.
