Proper awkward watching, like. Superb cringe entertainment which I highly recommend. The girl whose going on the dates has the personality of a sprout.

10/10 it really is top drawer trash TV.

Watching The Haunting of Hill House

Watching manhunts a bit weird given I lived opposite the green where the murder happened. I remember the huge police presence at the time and getting pulled over and searched late at night/early morning by the police a few times in the weeks following the murder.

Recently finished the looming tower. Thought it was really good. It is based on the novel of the same name by Lawrence Wright who won a Pulitzer prize for the novel. It covers the lead-up to 9/11 focusing on the internal conflict between the CIA and the FBI in their hunt for Bin Laden and Al Qaeda.

Jeff Daniels excels as an over-the hill, hard drinking, womanising FBI counter-terrorism agent.
