Just finished the last season of Dexter, a decent watch overall but an absolutely stupid ending.
I didnt watch the final season at all, I thought the way season 7 ended should have been it, its a better ending to the show.
Just finished this.
Outstanding, but won’t be for everyone. Best described as a “Gothic Horror “.
Dramatises the ill fated Artic expedition by Sir John Franklin and the crew of the ships, HMS Terror / HMS Erebus and the search for the North West Passage through the ice.
They’ve taken what is known about the expedition and then added their own slant on what may have happened.
Each episode (10) builds the tension up ever so slightly from the one before, so by the time you get to the last two it’s pretty much full on.
Recommended.

Finished watching Iron Fist season one today. I'm kind of 50-50 about it. I loved fight sequences which made most episodes worth a watch and the plot had potential but my God some of the melodrama in it is simply awful. I felt like I was watching an episode of OC with some of the more silly plot twists. That being said they've done enough to make me stick around for season two so it was obviously entertaining enough.

The Bridge. Bodies are piling up. I have only a vague idea why and no idea who's responsible. It still looks good and Saga is as enigmatic as ever.

Here`s an Triumph Spitfire that we bought for £500 quid and it`s falling to bits.
It cost us 2K to do it up and we`ve sold it for 7K, giving us a nice profit of 5K.
LIES, ALL LIES, ED CHINA SPENT 300 MAN HOURS DOING IT UP AND HIS NORMAL HOURLY RATE £1000 AN HOUR lol
Not into cars but fascinated watching a great engineer in ED China the other guy should be on to gear a right Authur Daley

I agree, its still good tv..but i thought they were going to go in a different direction this season, last season ended like they were gonna look into saga and henriks past..but they have just gone with another convoluted murder mystery, a shame as i think this is the last season and shame to end it this way as Saga is no doubt one of the best characters i have seen on tv

The " creature " wasn`t needed at all.
As you say what was known about the expedition, plus the gaps that they filled in, was grim enough without the addition of a monster.
I`m due to read the book soon, so will post on that too.
I thought the last two episodes were outstanding, but incredibly tragic.
Just once I want to see ed China either round or sheer a bolt, they are near 50 year old ffs
