I don't say this lightly, it's a master piece, but not for the faint hearted.
It's genuinely the best thing Ive ever watched on telly ( imo ).
I was watching two / three episodes at a time and staying up until all hours.

I finished watching Legends of Tomorrow season two yesterday. I preferred the first season but this was still great, brilliant choice of villains and how they were used over the season was really well thought out. Really looking forward to seeing season three in Oct.
The Defenders is alright.
Did anybody watch the state last night and for the next few nights ? It's about four Brits who've gone to live in the Islamic State in 2015.
I enjoyed it and it seems written in such a way as to show them relatively happy having arrived and found what they've wanted although it looks like they'll gradually see that situation changing.
Got relatively good reviews although fairly predictably the DM has hammered it and given it no stars. Seemingly , to me , to have judged the entire 4 episode series after the first night .

Yea, thought it was really good.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with humanising the reasons why people join. Should be fairly obvious by now that ISIS use the vunerable to create the acts of terror.
Watched a couple of episodes of "The Tudors" on Netflix
Trashy stuff and littered with historical inaccuracies, but I also kind of liked it

Great show, really enjoyed it. But then again I enjoy everything that has Sam Neill in it. (And Natalie Dormer for completely different reasons)
Watched the first one, but TiVo-ing the rest as the match took priority last night. I agree with you - there was no attempt to demonise any of the people or their beliefs. I would go as far as to say that the majority were all quite likeable, which will make for an interesting watch as it progresses. I'm expecting some to have second thoughts...
