Feeling a bit like that about 'Stranger Things'. I'm only 3 episodes in but a Goonies/Stand By Me gang with an inferior 'Chunk' or 'Vern' character, added to a hagged looking Winona Ryder (makes me feel old), isn't matching up. I will persevere because I can see (I hope) a storyline in there, so let's see.

Glad that I carried on watching it. The 'gang' got better and the story did come through. Enjoyed it and the soundtrack was good.
