Didn’t knee jerk after the Grealish signing and have decided to ultimately go with poor performer. He was very badly prepared for the start of the window, scrambled a bit back in the last few weeks and ultimately has left the manager with a squad severely lacking depth in key positions. Must do better.

He doesn’t identify targets does he, he just does the deals. According to Moyesy we’ve successfully agreed a few deals only for players to choose not to come. Someone else is in charge of selling a vision of the club’s future to them, not Hammond, so that’s on them. The final Dibling fee seemed like a decent bit of negotiating to me. Like most, I’ll reserve judgement till tonight tho!
