that's what I thought too. We need champions league to survive. Harder than ever with spurs and city spending like crazy. 50% tax rule is killing us too.

He won't play week in week out, not a chance, I think you know that.

If he does then great news, at least we've got a decent footballer in there and no three yard dogs.

Makes you wonder how we climbed the table and reached a cup final without Arteta doesn't it. Its like people have forgotten last season already. Thank **** this window is shut so all the whoppers can go and take some deep breaths and gain some semblance of reality back in their lives again.

The club's in a holding pattern and we wait and see what happens with investment on the back of a stadium decision. To expect these clowns to offer up anything other than recycled money is unrealistic. To be honest, I'm amazed Moyes was able to spend the bulk of the Lescott cash. We have enough about us to finish top 8 and get a run in a cup. But we're treading water until money arrives from somewhere.

My sentiments exactly, but I'm not massively hopeful we'll get that investment given that the global economic crisis is far from over and the worst may yet be to come.

If he keeps on then its not so bad before Arteta comes back mate.
Would have loved to have seen Banega come in too but it wasnt to be.

We've sorted out that pesky right hand side which needed addressing first I think though.

And then the first half decent side who can control possession pisses all over us. Arsenal at home, Chelsea in the cup final. And last time I checked we just about got past a second string Manchester Utd side in the semi final on penalties.

Our central midfield so far this season speaks for itself to be honest. I want to see us playing good football, I want to see us playing the way top teams do, sorry if that offends you.

I've said I'm happy we've improved in other areas, I'm just not happy that we've once again not improved our central midfield. And I've got a right to voice my opinion in GOT happy land.

We dont need the champions league to survive unless we start paying champions league fees and wages, which we arent (thankfully).

Well we won't have to play him week in week out, he will be rotated like Fellaini was at the weekend. But he will be considered because he has the talent and the maturity.

Lets hope so mate, I hope Moyes gives Jack a go. And who knows, maybe with an experienced head alongside him he'll do the business.

I think we'll struggle against the better teams but we'll see. Neville alongside him will help now we've got centre halves.

When Arteta's back, we have a potentially superb first eleven. Keeping them fit is another thing.

It'll be interesting to see where Moyes uses Heitinga. Right back, centre back or centre midfield?

Im not so sure myself. The logical one would be Hibbert but switching Neville to RB and placing the MASSIVE Dutchman in the middle is an option.

I presume Moyes will be weighing this up over the next month or so.

Id be lying if I said I knew too much about Heitinga.
