Some supporters Dave, some supporters are happy to just say "Thats the way it is", well that might be the way it is, but that doesnt mean its the way it has to stay.

I dont know Bruce, I really dont, but things must surely be able to be done differently.

We have a huge fanbase, which with this kitbag deal is only just being tapped into. Hopefully we didnt get our pants pulled down and we got a good deal.

We have loads of match day revenue which we arent really tapping into.

The main thing for me is Moyes, I get the impression hes not happy with the way things have gone this Summer.

We all want the best for Everton, for me, that means the current board must go. They have tried hard, but they lack something and it aint just money.

They're in debt as all clubs are. Fair enough, some have regular success and a commercial arm that can handle levels of debt better than others.

You mention also the floatation of United giving them a financial boost that they built upon. There's another 'fouth option' you could have highlighted in relation to funding for players and much besides - in Everton's case a share issue. Consistently knocked back by the board.

It's come to something when player sales are seen as the appropriate response to squad-building by supporters.

A share issue is an option but the trend does seem to be for clubs to overlook this option. Back in the 90's there were a cluster of clubs listed on the market. Man Utd are the obvious role models but Newcastle, Spurs etc. also used the market to raise money. None are still there however. Traditionally football shares performed well below the market as a whole. Man Utd were the exception but on the whole they didn't represent a good investment, which perhaps reflects their low popularity with institutional investors.

Like what??? Stop going the game? Cos thats the only way I can voice my displeasure, but that only effects me and the players.

So if its ok with you, I will whine and moan on here and go the game and support the players.

Whatever makes you happy mate. Just think it's a little shallow.

I agree that the commercial side of things could probably be improved quite a bit but we must maintain realistic expectations on that front. £20million is often regarded as a good transfer budget each summer. To generate that kind of profit would take a hefty increase in turnover. To be honest it wouldn't surprise me if it didn't require our turnover to double. In other words it's by no means an easy proposition.

Ghost, what do you expect us to do?

Well if your not happy with the way things are going I would expect you to write to the club, form groups to try and change things, make a stand.

Your all clearly disgruntled, so why would you continue to accept something your not happy with?

Do you not complain in restaurants if the food is bad?

I wouldnt go the restaurant again thats for sure. But I would have somebody to complain to. Are you saying that the current board are open to discussion from fans? They arent even open to discussion from shareholders, fans have got no chance.

Thing is mate, nobody does anything, so we are not able to measure how successful a complain would be.

Also I still can't believe that people think that the Stadium issue is not a major factor at the moment.
