Part of me is starting to believe relegation is what we need. A complete reset of the club. We continually paper over cracks but don't address the actual inefficiencies that run deep throughout every facet of the club.

Something needs to change and i am not sure finishing 4th bottom will be enough to make the changes that need to be made.
