Thanks for this mate. I too would prefer to redevelope Goodison. Always was afraid to pipe up. But I agree with you on this one. Most here will just spout one worded dismissals like neanderthals. 'Rubbish... 'nonsense'... incapable of an articulate rebuttal.

I agree. It's a bit sad really,
With safe standing apparently being a valid option these days... who knows what the owners might decide.
