They were still nowhere near 10yds by the time it was taken. Utterly stupid from the Leicester players. I’d’ve been doing my nut if I was their manager.Enjoyed him refusing to take the free kick until the guy got ten yards away. Killed the game off completely

He only coaches hoof so not possible.I thought he had his best game of the season. He was much more disciplined and his energy and running forward created Leicester problems. It was noticable too that a couple of times he swapped positions with Rooney. When we needed better shape and more control in midfield, Rooney dropped in next to Gana and Davies pushed forward. It also meant that when Coleman and Walcott got forward we had a midfielder close to them. If that was Sam's tactical call, then fair play because it was different to anything we have done this season

Well in the Foxes games, yes there was a good bit of long balls upfield but there was a great deal of working the ball out of defence and upfield with good ground passing.
Just bit my tongue, that was in my cheek.Well in the Foxes games, yes there was a good bit of long balls upfield but there was a great deal of working the ball out of defence and upfield with good ground passing.
Stick with him. People pining for Klassen to play forget that even though Davies may not be technically better, he's more robust, which is why he plays over him.
He's just out of form. I'm sure a steady set of games will get him back. He's also has 3 managers in 1 season and no real run
It’s not necessarily a bad thing for us to have a midfielder that’s willing to carry the ball a bit though. Better than the rest of them treating it like a hot potato. Most of the time he does have good all round awareness but he does have the tendency to hang onto the ball to long and get dispossessed when there is an easy pass in for him. Probably not helped by our overall players lack of movement for most of this season but all the same it is infuriating when he does it.
