The thing is I wouldn't I put money on any of that line up to do any better with it

And this is our issue we haven't got 1 good finisher in the whole squad and that is sheer negligence to think we would be ok. Goals win games and we have no one to score them.

We're going to struggle badly unless we sign a couple of good finishers in January.

Some fans were questioning were the goals and assists are coming from when the transfer window closed and got slaughtered. It’s no wonder there is cynicism and bemusement in this fan base even without what happens on the pitch.

Is it just a coincidence that the more obsessed he became with dressing like an utter knob head and becoming some kind of alternative model, the less he looked like a professional football player? The same can be said for DCL with his wacky photoshoots and continued inability to put runs of fitness together. I don't think it's a coincidence at all. Do we see young Liverpool players walking around in oversized purple suits paired with yellow glasses and a cane, or little girls' skirts and crop tops? The people at Everton need to sort these players out and let them know it's absolutely not acceptable.

Eric Cantona used to wear clothes that were considered wacky mate, and he was brilliant. I suspect he's just not very good.

Well that's my point: at least earn that right to dress like a bell. Especially Tom Davies has not earned that right. He should be counting his lucky blessings that he could retire today and live a life of luxury until the day he dies without another second's work ever again. He hasn't earned that, he's just been so unbelievably lucky to be born having had a relative play for the club to give him a step up over surely much more talented and deserving youngsters, and has benefitted hugely from the "he's Scouse so we need to give him more time" way of thinking when a foreign version of him would have been booted out years ago.

Yes it is a coincidence, he has always been complete garbage.

Well your initial point was wearing certain clothes makes them bad. And that's not the case.

You dont need to earn the right to wear clothes. You wear whatever clothes feel comfortable.

It's all very odd this. You have 3 lads, Gordon, Davies and Calvert Lewin who cost the club about 1million quid between them who get targeted fo what they wear. Why does it matter? Is anyone scrutinizing what say Michael Keane wears?

As a final aside, who are all these more talented youngsters we have? Gordon was our standout player last season, and our top scorer this season. Who is he keeping out that deserved a chance?

We are lucky to have Gordon, whatever he chooses to wear.

I've no problem with them dressing any way they want.

Neither of them will ever win a trophy or be remembered as good players.

In their mind, it makes them stand out in a way their football career will never allow.
