I think his fashion antics takes up more of his attention than his football tbh. Anyone with a hobby be it running, martial arts, cycling will tell you realistically you can only commit to one thing 100% and I feel for him football has become just a job and trying to become the next Ralph Lauren with Hector Bellerin is his main passion.
Fair play to the lad but he'll never make it as a prem footballer if he doesnt sort himself out and get on the training pitch every day improving his game.
I agree that, decent footballer though he is, he does need to work and improve if he wants to stay here and make a meaningful contribution. On the other hand, I think that you'll find that even top runners, fighters, and cyclists wear clothes, have relationships, parents, kids, stamp collections etc. I know it's important to commit yourself to your calling, but having no other interests at all is probably a bad thing. I don't think anyone ever missed an open goal because they wore a silly hat or ridiculous shoes in their spare time.
