Cant believe the praise Liverpool are getting. City are nothing without Kompany and Toure - and even with them they're only champions because United took their eye off the ball.

Suarez was rubbish; Sturridge is doing ok now, but just wait until he starts acting up; Carragher is seen as a first teamer again; Downing and Henderson are accepted back into the fold; Agger is a complete disaster; Reina is one of the worst GKs in the PL now.

We know the script: West Brom at home next week they'll get turned over.

Sounds about right. With us, it was a plucky draw for a smaller team but with them, they were rampant and showed the champions a footballing lesson etc....

Just when you think Beelzebub has called in his markers, they get a second wind.

I hate them so very much. Everything about them, just completely classless and undeserving.

Don't know what it meant. Did you mean we shouldn't respect them? I think they've done enough to earn some respect. They're playing better than us for a start. They beat Norwich 5-0 and Fulham 4-0 recently and have now run the champions very close at home. Sure, they got beat by Oldham. Doesn't really matter. We got beat by Leeds and outplayed by Bolton and we've yet to go to Oldham so I don't think we should really point out that game until we've gone there and won.

Same result against City, we came back after gifting Villa 3 goals at home, we beat a team lower than us (and higher than Oldham) without playing near our best, we beat Utd at home, got a point against Arsenal at home.

It is easy to argue either way if we pick out individual games, we have a lot of improving to do but we are in the mix and in my opinion our 1st 11 plays much better football than they could with theirs.

If we had just finished a couple of the teams we should have the debate of who will finish above who would be null and void. This is where we are failing but on the positive side we do really never give up as proven on Saturday, there wasn't really much panic in the side and for me that bodes well for those tight games coming up.

It's as if the media are all waiting for " That Glorious Day That Liverpool Return To Their Rightful Place "

They're desperate for it. They can barely make 'der biggest game in inglush futball' United/Liverpool sound like a big deal anymore. It's just so hollow. Oh how they must wish for the Enormous Super Dooper Soccer Sunday Clash of the Titans Top 4 days to return.

Another thing that f*cks me right off. All of a sudden, the big 4 has become the big 6, even though three of them are f*cking miles away from the others.

On Paddy Power, there's title odds without the big six. We're massive favourites like. I mean, swerve the fact we're above two of them and finished last season above one of them, no. The big 6.

We need to sort ourselves out and start playing like we did in the first third of the season again. My worry with Liverpool is only if the two sides' form remains the same. If they drop the ball or we kick on, we leave them for dead. However, they're doing well and always have, in Suarez, a great player who can make something happen even when they're not playing well. They're benefiting from January additions giving them momentum like we did last year, whereas we haven't strengthened at all and were looking stale to begin with, going into the window. If we'd strengthened, I'd pay them no mind, but seeing as we haven't, we've got a tougher job getting back to form as we usually rely on January for our kick-start.

Everton could win the league. They'd still just get a pat on the head " Good Boy !! "...And Man City/United/Chelsea/Spurs etc..." Lose the title "

Agree with this. Added to that most of Brenda's signings have failed - allen, sahin, borini, assaidi. Sturridge has started well but he's always had purple patches. Already stating to look jaded.

Also hearing a lot about the foundations beings laid for a title winning side but all their best players are the ones Brenda inherited. Agger Johnson, Skrtel. Reina, Gerrard, Carragher, Downing are all 28 or older, even Suarez is no sprong chicken at 26 and there can only be so long he's happy with no trophies and no CL football.

There as far away as ever.
