I appreciate the comparison, although personally I do think it's a bit unfair. I think Hojlund will have a relatively good career, but the expectation on him is huge.

With his historical scoring rate and what United need, spunking a minimum of £64m on what is a prospect is daft; asking him to lead the line is even worse.


They can if their capacity is utilised correctly. However, as I mentioned, they're not and I doubt the Glazers will make the required changes to do so.
