I disagree. They had some serious luck for stretches where no matter how poorly they defended they wouldn't concede goals. Not that they didn't necessarily deserve it because no one else really challenged them but that's part of the luck. That is the only season since at least 13/14 where City or Chelsea didn't get 85 points and I can't see that trend ending soon either. Somehow the year Leicester went and got into the 80 point range those teams both were nowhere to be found.

This. Leicester won the league on 81 points. To win the league now you have to break 90 points at a minimum, more likely you have to surpass 95. Every title winning side needs luck, but there’s no way any team is simply fluking their way in this league to 95+ points a season.

I don't know what to think of Bournemouth and Howe. The way they started the season was actually down to them playing quite well but it has fallen apart in a hurry and who knows how long this kind of poor run will go. The inconsistency is weird.

ermmm, nah, sorry to break this to you but it's an everton forum. I mean obviously it's a lot more knowledgeable than any liverpool forum, but still, yeah, there's kind of a lot of everton fans on here.
