Someone said it goes head to head so rs have to beat Napoli 2-0

It goes on head to head first mate, Napoli won 1-0 in Italy, if the RS win 1-0 at Anfield then head to head will be the same, it then goes on goal difference, both would have +2, it then goes on goals scored, and the RS would go through because they will have scored more (The RS have scored 8 after tonight, Napoli have scored 7)

I'm wondering if it finished 2-1 to the RS would Napoli go through on the away goals rule ? Looking for some hope to cling on to here..

Goal difference for both teams would still be +2 mate, RS would still go through because they will have scored more in the group than Napoli.

The only way Napoli go through is if they pick up a point.

EDIT: supposedly the away goal would see Napoli through mate.

Would go on most goals scored in the group mate, RS go through.
I think this is the criteria so it looks like you are right:
  1. Points in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
  2. Goal difference in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
  3. Goals scored in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
  4. Away goals scored in head-to-head matches among tied teams;
  5. Goal difference in all group matches;
  6. Goals scored in all group matches;
  7. Away goals scored in all group matches;
  8. Wins in all group matches;
  9. Away wins in all group matches;
  10. Disciplinary points (red card = 3 points, yellow card = 1 point, expulsion for two yellow cards in one match = 3 points);
  11. UEFA club coefficient.
