Agreed. I think he has matured in his physicality as well. An exceptionally talented player, but he was out muscled when he first came.

La Liga is different as you're given more time, space and it's less physical. Here you've got the likes of Shawcross or Cattermole kicking you.

He seems more rugged and able to hold his own against others, hence why he is getting in the position to provide his sublime passes.

I'd LOVE him to be here as our number ten, as Rom would have a field day with his through balls.

I think he got an injury earlier in the season and then since Remi Garde arrived, he hasn't been very complimentary of his application.

Lots of talk about poor ethos in training and not really contributing in performances. No wonder Barcelona were to eager to accept the £7m offer.

Villa really are abysmal and I wonder if Garde is now wondering what he took on. Arsenal weren't spectacular today but they bossed Villa.

When we turned them over at home they completely and utterly unconcerned. There was no fight or desire in their faces or body language.

That's what will get them relegated and then I'm certain they'll be a Forrst or a Leeds.

Think Ozil just has a playing style that looks like he can't be arsed - he even does a bit this season yet when you look at the stats he is one of the players who runs the furthest.

He really seemed to struggle with the physicality of the league at first and Wenger played him far more than he'd historically been used to - he was their only big money signing that summer. This summer, without international demands, he was able to do a lot of gym and conditioning work which have helped him showcase his talent this season.
