You heard right loldid he just say "who scores the winning goal will win"? i have been at work all day so may have been hearing things.
Our draw down there looks a bit better after the last couple of weeks.
Does it though? Imo we gifted them a point, dropped two easy ones and lost ground. Same today, others slip up and there's no clawing back of lost ground due to wayward finishing.
I'm frustrated because we've missed a huge opportunity to put the cat amongst the pigeons, and what Hoddle said today was right. Nobody is putting Everton into the category of potential top four because we throw away points left right and centre.
Really hope you continue your good form mate - well at least until you head up to Goodison!Hello again... AFCB fan in peace.
I did post after our match that by the end of the season you would look a little more favourably on a point at Dean Court. It's starting to shape up that way already.
I know we went on a horrendous run of results but after the tactical changes we had to make when all the injuries kicked in, it's taken the players time to adapt to the adjusted system. From half time against Southampton onwards, we've been at least competing in every game.
We battered Swansea but threw it away. I've no idea how we didn't beat Newcastle 5-0 so losing it is still a mystery to me. And so on. If you keep throwing men forwards with purpose, sometimes you'll get stung but other times the luck will go with you, like we got in our match against you.
Two weeks ago we were up to 11 first team out injured but with two more back on the bench today, it's down to six I think. So for all of MU's injuries, we've had to dig just as deep into our resources.
A word on Harry Arter. I'm stunned he was able to play given what happened and not just play but play very well indeed.
Anyway, enough ramble from me. Shame you couldn't help us out even more today but I still think you'll finish top 5 this season. Whether that's 3rd, 4th or 5th I couldn't say yet but it'll be interesting to watch from further down the table. Hopefully not from the bottom though!
Just found out Eddie Howe is only 38. And here's me refusing to coach until I'm at least 40.
I'm a huge fan of doing nothing. I like playing footy but need my doing nothing time.Pfft I've been coaching since I was at least 13
