LVG was amazing at Ajax when he had all those superstar kids come through...

Think he has had massie bust ups with alot of players in the past though...rules with an iron fist.

Dont want to tempt fate here but were only 6pts off them if they lose...thats not bad going considering money spent and weve had our own injuries.

Find his man management really odd.

Poor Bournemouth, awful luck with injuries.

As you say he seems to fall out with more experienced players, his football is probably very frustrating to play.

When you look at Man U's team, am I being biased or are we better than them? We have a lot of players who I would take over their players, they have gone backwards big time the last few years.

With all due respect to Van Gaal, pure class today by Eddie Howe. Not saying he should replace Bobby, but clearly a manager on the rise. Has Bournemouth outplaying a team whose star player (pick one) is worth more than the entire Bournemouth squad.

Anyone who thinks our defending of corners is poor should see Man Utd's inept effort for Bournemouth's second goal.

Some excellent football coming from The Cherries, and they seem to win or get there first to every 50-50 ball and even the 30-70 ones.

I know that in Rugby it's not unusual for teams to seemingly be purposefully relegated and come back better than ever - thinking Northampton, Harlequins - but not sure if such a scenario would work in football.
