Dean didn't only bottle the whole call but he should have been a lot firmer about being surrounded. New rules are very clear that should only be the captain and at max one other player from each team that are there. His whole body language suggests he was being intimidated which encouraged them.

A ref should grow a pair and send off 3/4 players mouthing off at him . That team will lose the match 3-0 by default . It would soon stop

honestly didn't there was any difference to getting "straight red" after being on a yellow. just figured any kind of card and he was off anyways. fair enough
