anyway, they were till the players that were on about 4 points after about 3 months or something silly. i dunno if they're a good team or just injected a massive injection of confidence from pulis, just asking the question. who knows, possibly warnock is doing a very good job as well.

Same players plus Scott Dann, Joe Ledley and Tom Ince who he bought in Jan. Biggest difference was Pulis decided what his best side was and played it week in week out. Best Palace team now since 90/91 which finished third. In my more rational moments I acknowledge that Warnock is doing ok. (for an utter blert.)

I'd say Pulis is actually a good coach. Rate him highly, he'll organise teams, get them results and keep teams up.
Not all hoofball as we saw with Palace last year, a very pragmatic manager.
Don't know much about Warnock tbf aside from him being sacked by Leeds.

I actually rate Pulis myself mate and thought it was sorcery he performed last season.

level with united atm, any loss over 1 goal sees us go above them. given the teams' comparable fixture lists - that's great from our POV. Di Maria may help them get 4th, but they've been to burnley and drawn and leicester and lost whilst we've picked up 4 points. just a shame de gea had a worldie against us
