Anyone with blue tinted specs think Everton weren't in the same as Tottenham will just remember when we started to fight with the coach welcomes and all that. We were Tottenham.

We scrapped for results v Spurs when down to ten and a goal down, away at Chelsea when a goal down and Simms upfront. Last minute v Wolves, come from behind against Leicester.

That’s not even including the Palace come back under Lampard, wins v United, Chelsea, Newcastle (when down to 10), away at Leicester, last minute goal at home to Leicester.

Everton scrapped for two seasons in a row every game in the run in with much inferior players. Spurs just seem to give up in every game as soon as they concede.
