Listening to the post match and had a little Google as was curious but Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink talks a lot for someone that won absolutely nothing as a player.

He won the Portuguese Cup in 1997 as a Boavista player, but that was his only trophy as a player and was runner up in like four cup finals, one being with Athletico Madrid in a relegation season. He also has like two Premier League golden boots.

Can't really count the 2000 Charity Shield as a proper trophy.
