this is for anyone who goes over early to post any details that they find out about tickets over there. let everyone know if you have been successful in getting hold of one or if it's a 'mare and they won't entertain the idea of selling you one. some are arriving tuesday but some only get there on thursday so any information could be valuable to them....maybe you might be able to get them for the ones arriving late.
STAY SAFE OVER THERE EVERYONE, & MORE IMPORTANTLY DON'T LET ANYONE DOWN.
 

i get there wednesday approx 3pm.....if possible i'll get a post on here approx 7pm over there (which i think is 6pm gMT) before i go out on the lash

good work fella.i'm sure any one arriving after you will appreciate it, if there makin' it dry on thurs day you might have to get one hell of a round in on wed night to satisfy demand. it will be a case of 1st leg thirstday 6th march if they shut all the bars etc. fill your room with cans from aldi...you'll make a mint.

corrupt means available or sold? if the tickets were actually 'corrupt' im sure they would make a bigger deal out of it.....im guessing corrupt means either available or sold? meaning the ground is only half full!!! if i dnt get a ticket i will not be happy

I think, if anything, this should be taken as some comfort. If they think there's money to be made, and they can sort the policing situation out, then they might give us some more tickets. I'm not sure how many Blues are going over, but we all know it's going to be more than have tickets.

I'm going over in the morning so I will try and get onto a computer at some point tomorrow or Wednesday when I've had a chance to get to Florence from Pisa and if I can get the time and a computer at my disposal, I'll try and get online and inform the rest of you what the situation is with regards buying tickets with English passports and whatnot.
 
Kingjoleon, if you can send your post at 7:00p.m. Wed that will be great. If anyone else gets over earlier and can give any advice, so much the better. My flight leaves from Stansted at 08:40 Thu a.m. so I will check Wed night for the up-date. I'm going to give it a crack anyway. It would be interesting to hear from anyone lucky enough to have a ticket supplied thru the official channels of EFC if their ticket has their name printed on it. I'm sure there will be tickets available through touts/etc. but whoose name is printed on these?? Its a complete mess and the ticket info on the EFC website has never been up-dated. Getting desperate now!
 
and who's name is on the tickets through the unofficial packages ? still thinking about getting over flying from brum myself.any info will help those that arrive after you without tickets, maybe their bizzies are saying they'd rather knock the crap out of everyone on the streets instead of on camera....so dont let them in without tickets. i cant see them wanting everyone wandering the the streets instead of being inside though

Just another thought if you don't get a ticket, as yet sky.it and the terrestrial tv are not showing the game,
(at the moment). You will have to find a boozer with english sky to watch it, unless the italian tv changes. Maybe worth someone bringing a sky card as sky.it is murdoch's italian version of sky, but I'm no technician.
Not putting the mockers on it thought I'd just let you know.

On a personnel note you ever drink in the hare and hounds when Colin was the landlord.
Great boozer but i think its gone down the pan now. Not a stalker honest.
