I would imagine the people who choose not to sit anywhere will get their preferred seats whilst you will definitely be placed anywhere if you agree.

No luck with anything. At this rate I'm just going to forward the email to my friends so they can put the digital tickets on their phone. We will all be entering together anyway if there is an issue.

Bigger problem is if you wanted to transfer a season ticket right now for a match you can't and you also can't list for resale.

At some point questions will need to be asked about this ticket ballot process. There's nothing fair about somebody putting in for 10 ballots and not being selected yet someone can put in for 1 ballot and be successful.

The logical solution surely has to be weighted ballots? If you've put in for 5 ballots without success then you get 6 places in the next ballot, if you've put in for 6 then 7 places in the next, etc.

Their own literature says theyll email ALL ballot applicants on Thursday afternoon to let them know one way or the other.

Let's see if they can make their own, completely self imposed deadline, or if they all just shoot off home for the evening and sort it tomorrow some time, or next week - whatever.

I won't be holding my breath.
 

Still no communication today. Have people checked their bank accounts to see if any monies have been taken or pending?

I’ve checked just now, and nothing showing on there, which leads me to think it’s probably a sign of being unsuccessful again. People were reporting of activity on their account early in the day for Brighton game.

I am preparing to be online tomorrow morning to monitor the resale.

Only found out I'd got tickets for the Brighton game on Friday afternoon. Just assumed I'd missed out when I didnt hear anything Thursday afternoon. Absolute shambles.
 
To have not sorted this after missing their own deadline (by a mile) for the Brighton game is embarrassing.

Didn’t manage to get one last time (but managed to get a couple on resale) and highly doubt I’ll get one for Villa either.
