Thomas Frank

What are Franks tactics exactly? He talks a lot about crosses into the box, and crosses into the box from the right areas.

Watching yesterday, that was their only route to goal. No patterns of play to try and get in behind or work triangles in central areas

Suddenly comes across as a very one dimensional tactician

Funny how one style of play works well for one club, but looks miles off it for another

I honestly think he'd be a great fit at Everton. He's extremely direct with his tactics. That would suit us really well but not Spurs.
He rode the Brentford wave, found out now. Needs a back room staff provided by a club… would like do well at Brighton but would struggle most other clubs.
Would stick with Moyes

Decent manager, but at the moment it would seem that the set up at Brentford just worked for him. If he came to Everton there would be calls for his head within a month.

Frank is struggling because Brentford are a better run club than Spurs. Simple as that imo. Look at how well Keith Andrews is doing there when they were tipped to go down. The plan was in place e.g. Thiago as Toney's successor, etc. Spurs are systematically broken.
