Just watched the episode where it's only Beth and Daryl for an hour. Wow, just wow.

I ask myself how this show can get any worse, and then the next episode rolls by.

Why oh why would someone who has never had a drop of alcohol, crave it? Why can she then down moonshine like it's tapwater? Why burn down the shelter at the end, when they've been living in a makeshift tent?

On top of all of that, the dialogue is still abysmal.

The last few episodes have been terrible, its all about exploring everybodys different story and will no doubt end with them all meeting up at the end of the season, but its dull as crap, they could have cut most of the utter crap and done them all in 1 episode, the burning of the cabin was basically Daryl getting rid of his "old life" and Beth wanted to get pissed cos she wanted the D.

Season 4 has been ok, better than season 2 but not as good as season 3.

Someone said the budget was cut, all the story threads have been on the same road/rail track I think. It was always going to be more drama than zombie if that's the case.

The latest episode was f'in brutal though.

Brutal indeed ! I honestly didn't see that coming , didn't think the writers had the plums! Your right about the railway track, I've started making choo choo noises as I thought I was turning into a train, looking down all those lines.Too many CGI headshots and blood! Once directors start relying on it in zombie films the games up,I know its cheaper but ya may as well get ya x box out ( see any Romero film post Day of the Dead)

Last nights was the best episode they've done in ages. I thought season 2 and 3 dragged on for too long, 1 was great, but so far 4 has been better.
