Me too. I think she will, she's so far ahead of the other women in her division it's untrue. Also hope she gets to slap McMann again because those comments about sexism regarding the Reebok deal were ridiculous.

Hopefully be a few good fights this weekend, Bosch and Hendo should be a bit of a slugfest, and then the bog one next week, Cain and Werdum. I'd never bet against Cain as his cardio is insane, but Werdum has looked really good of late, and is dangerous everywhere.

So the fight is still on, and if Aldo doesn't get to fight then Mendes steps in for the Interim title.

I hope Aldo is fit because I don't like the Interim title idea. I can understand them wanting to keep Conor on the card with all those Irish flying over, but it'll be a short camp for Mendes and Conor will have been training for a mostly stand-up fight. A fight with Mendes would be totally different.

Mad thing is Conor himself called it last December that Aldo would pull out injured.

Great fight either way, although of course everyone hopes it's Aldo.

I feel like Aldo is the better match up for McGregor - Mendes could potentially hold down the latter for 5 rounds, and Aldo won't do that.

Despite my avatar I'm a massive Mcgregor fan and I think he's going to take this, big fan of Aldo also but I see Mcgregor surprising him with his power.

I agree with @Azzurri also, Mcgregors toughest fights will be Mendes and Edgar with their wrestling background.

I like Aldo, but I'm the same as you in wanting McGregor to win for the fume.

I've always liked a cocky fighter. Sonnen was tremendous entertainment in interviews. I always remember when he got asked what he thought about the abuse he gets online from people in Brazil " Wow, they now have the internet in Brazil "
